Metal processing of medium batches according to drawings provided by customers: CNC turning, CNC milling, assembly of mechanical groups. The parts are made of aluminum, structural and stainless steel, plastic, titanium, bronze, brass. An accuracy of 0.01 mm is achieved during machining.
Large parts (up to 10 t weight) are also processed - milled up to 6000x1500x2000 mm, turned up to Ø2000 mm. Certified welding of steel structures according to ISO 3834-3 standard and painting are performed. The parts are delivered to the customer with detailed measurement protocols of the CNC coordinate measuring machine.
