"SWECO LIETUVA" has become a member of the Association
The Lithuanian Defence and Security Industry Association (LGSPA) has been joined by a new member – UAB "Sweco Lietuva." The company strengthens the association’s expertise in the fields of infrastructure development, engineering design, and sustainable development – key elements for the growth of the modern defense ecosystem.
"Sweco Lietuva" actively contributes to the modernization of the country’s defense infrastructure. The company’s engineers and architects have designed projects for 11 sites at the Pabradė training ground and the Aviation Base in Šiauliai, as well as a permanent logistics and support zone in Rukla for the German military contingent.
As part of the Swedish-owned international group "Sweco," which brings together more than 22,000 experts, the company combines local experience with international competencies, offering high-value-added solutions in complex defense infrastructure projects.
Additionally, "Sweco" acts as a strategic consultant to the Danish Ministry of Defence, contributing to military infrastructure development in Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands.
"Sweco Lietuva’s" integration into the LGSPA community will undoubtedly strengthen the Lithuanian defense and security industry ecosystem, contributing to the enhancement of the country’s and its allies’ defense capabilities.
