Today, the Lithuanian Defence and Security Industry Association (LDSIA) hosted the Defence Attaché of the British Embassy in Vilnius, Major William George.
During the meeting, we discussed key aspects of the regional security situation, presented the association’s activities, its members, and the competencies of Lithuania’s defense industry sector.
The discussion focused on potential areas of cooperation between the Lithuanian and UK defense industries. We identified opportunities to strengthen bilateral partnerships, foster technological collaboration, and exchange best practices. Additionally, we highlighted the favorable conditions for UK defense companies to invest in Lithuania, establish new partnerships, and contribute to regional security enhancement.
We hope this meeting will serve as a foundation for further bilateral cooperation in the defense and security sector.
